Job Title: Administrative Services Coordinator II

How will you make an impact?
- Effectively manages majority Job Batch Record processing, along with supporting CS teams with any other smaller tasks such as maintaining/ordering dept office supplies.
- Creating and management of Administrative Change notices with direction from Project Management.
- Support in Creating/Updating any WI’s or Forms with eDMS.(Documentum System)
- Actively pursues and completes training to ensure jobs are completed to the highest standards.
- Takes proactive approach to seek out additional knowledge, to learn new concepts and processes in clinical trials and Fisher Clinical Service product lines which impact labelling solutions and recommends process improvements.
- Takes ownership of customer situation for all assigned studies and projects and proactively advocates on behalf of customer in developing solutions with Team Leader/Senior PM/PM.
- Demonstrates solid understanding in evaluating and determining study requirements of assigned clinical studies preliminary job/quote.
- Supports team and department efforts to identify, develop and implements process improvements to improve overall efficiency and productivity of the project management team.
- Escalates the need for the involvement of appropriate departments, maintaining continuous communication with those departments, and ensures the work delivered to customers is of a consistently high standard.
- Executes all activities per cGMP requirements and established Standard Operating Procedures required by company Quality standards.
- Requires knowledge of all internal systems associated with projects (i.e. DPS, Label Spec and Client Spec Applications, Randomization Parameters, Trackwise).
- Demonstrates, advocates and promotes the company vision.
- Applies Good Manufacturing Principles in all areas of responsibility.
How will you get there?
Education: High School diploma/ GED
Skills: 2-3 years of Administrative Assistance experience preferred
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities
• Expertise in personal computer applications (e.g. Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook).
• Proven customer experience in a dynamic environment
• Excellent organizational, planning, verbal, written and data entry skills with the ability to analyze and define solutions and manage multiple tasks to meet strict deadlines.
• 5% Travel, as needed.
