Overview
Come and join the AmTrustCyber Team! We are a growing and flourishing Cyber/Tech Team with offices around the country. In this role, you will be responsible for responding to cyber security events experienced by insureds of AmTrustCyber. Our portfolio of business includes both admitted and surplus accounts and primary and excess accounts across a diverse range of industries and insureds that are SMEs through Fortune 500 companies. The ideal candidate has an appreciation for time sensitivity, customer service and collaboration – both with internal and external partners. This role also is responsible for working with AmTrustCyber insureds and third-party vendors to coordinate cyber risk service offerings. Maintains a solid understanding of AmTrust’s mission, vision, and values. Upholds the standards of the AmTrust organization.
Responsibilities
- Actively participate in incident response management for insureds of AmTrustCyber.
- Engage in prompt intake calls and ensure consistent follow-up throughout the life cycle of the claim.
- Collaborate with AmTrustCyber claims professionals for holistic incident management.
- Management of vendors and outside counsel including selection, negotiation ensuring the best interest of AmTrustCyber are forefront and oversight of performance metrics as well as timely payments.
- Partner with AmTrustCyber team in marketing and expansion efforts.
- Ensure superior client service with valuable, efficient, effective, and timely solutions for clients.
- Keeps current with market trends and demands.
- Performs other functionally related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience handling data security issues and/or technical experience in network management, infrastructure and cloud applications
- A college degree and any of the following certifications: Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP); Certified Information Privacy Manager (CIPM); Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP); GIAC Certified Forensic Analyst (GCFA); GIAC Certified Forensic Examiner (GCFE); GIAC Reverse Engineering Malware (GREM); GIAC Network Forensic Analyst (GNFA); any other related cyber security or information technology industry certification
- Ability to collaborate with internal claims, underwriting and legal teams
- A team player who is willing to work hard and work well with others, as well as provide superior client service
