Job Responsibilities:

The role of the Manager, Continuing Education Courses involves spearheading the planning and administration of various activities to guarantee that the ADA offers a range of timely, cost-effective courses through live streaming, seminars, online platforms, and workshops. 

Must Have:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 5 years of work experience, with 2 years coordinating continuing education coursework to dental or healthcare professionals); or 9 years of experience in lieu of degree
  • Excellent self-direction in scheduling and collaborating with instructors and course participants
  • Effectively operates both independently and inteam roles
  • Possesses a deep understanding of live streams and seminars continuing education and the management of multiple priorities
  • Consistently meets deadlines
  • Occasional evening and weekend work; up to 10% travel

  •  Ability to engage learners during livestream events in unique ways
  • Direct patient care experience
