Our Residential Program is looking for a highly motivated individual to join our team as an Program Operations Manager who will manage a 24-hour medically involved supported home in Taunton. This position will serve as a management team member responsible for the overall functioning of assigned residential site(s) including quality treatment, contract compliance, budget management, facilities, hiring, training and retaining staff and ensuring proper coverage is maintained to meet the consumers’ needs. This position offers a flexible schedule; some weekends and evenings are required.
A minimum of three years’ experience in direct care and one year in a supervisory capacity; or a suitable combination of education and experience. The optimal candidate will have excellent oral and written communication skills and the ability to demonstrate effective project management and leadership skills. Ability to follow organization policies, procedures and management decisions. A valid driver’s licenses is required as well as a qualifying criminal background check.
