Our client who is looking for a Managing Director to run their Red Bank office. Our client is a fast growing IT staffing company with 10+ offices across the US. The office that you would be running has 8 Account Managers, 2-3 Associate Account Manager and team of recruiters and a Recruiter Lead. This position would be 100% management.
Our client is looking for someone who has 7+ years of IT staffing expeirence, with the majority of that experience in outside sales, business development. The ideal candidate would have won at least 1 President's Club contest and has a history of developing and mentoring people within the office.
