Our client is a large media group, seeking a Data Analyst to join their streaming services platform. The team is working on identifying and analyzing user data to better market their content.
Responsibilities:
Leverage advanced SQL skills to query and manipulate data efficiently in AWS and other relevant platforms
Identify and resolve data-related challenges, including stakeholder requests and data integrity/accuracy
Assess and enhance existing processes to optimize data pipelines and improve overall system efficiency
Document data models, queries, and processes
Conduct rigorous testing of data solutions to uphold data standards and ensure the reliability of analytical outputs
Develop and deliver high-impact insights and visualizations built on aggregated, large panel and user-level data sets
Work with data at all stages of the analysis lifecycle
Manage multiple priorities across a mix of ad-hoc and operational projects
Work closely with the team, partner teams, and stakeholder groups to understand business requirements to provide valuable insights
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in in a quantitative field
3-5 years of experience in data analytics or business intelligence
Working experience or interest in media industry, streaming, digital marketing or technology
Proficient with SQL or other data manipulation languages
Experience analyzing and mining large datasets
Experience with data visualization techniques and platforms (Tableau, Looker, DOMO, etc.)
