Overview

Element has an opportunity for an Administrative Assistant, who is responsible for a variety of office functions, including certification generation, invoicing, telephone answering, and reception.

Responsibilities

  • To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to complete all areas outlined for this position in a satisfactory manner
  • The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills, and/or abilities necessary to meet the minimum job requirements of this position
  • Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform these essential functions
  • Proficient in the use of personal computers including spreadsheets and word-processing. IE: Word, Excel, Accounting Software Applications, etc
  • Excellent telephone skills/communication skills

Skills / Qualifications

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Two or more years’ experience in general office administrative duties
  • Must be able to communicate effectively in English both written and verbal
