Job Title: Design Engineer

What You’ll Need to Get Started:

· 4-10 years of engineering & design experience. (professional licensure is preferred)

· Proficiency in AutoCAD and/or ability to quickly gain proficiency!

· Civil3D experience is a big plus—if you’re eager to learn, we’ll train you!

· Refine skills in Stormwater Modeling

· Exceptional technical writing skills

What You'll Be Doing:

· Collaborate with internal team & clients to facilitate the design process

· Create detailed plan sets utilizing Civil3D

· Compile field data, desktop data & client input to develop construction & permit ready documents

· Meet with clients and contractors to facilitate the construction of our design plans

· Collect record documentation of our constructed projects for permit certification

Additional opportunities to explore:

· Dive into utility design (sanitary, storm, and water)

· Master 3D grading, site design, long distance pipe alignments & waste processing systems

· Collaborate with our Reality Capture team to process 3D laser scans and drone surveys

· Venture out in the field for construction inspection—watch your projects come to life!

· Collect field data using our GPS or robotic total station equipment
