Key Responsibilities

• Work in close collaboration with dentists to ensure high levels of patient satisfaction.

• Manage and oversee your dedicated laboratory.

• Handle the complete process of denture fabrication, from initial impressions to final fitting.

• Perform prosthetic repairs, relines, and re-bases with precision.

• Supervise the ordering and preparation of laboratory supplies.

• Work in harmony with the dental team to deliver exceptional care to patients.

Qualifications and Skills

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to connect with patients from diverse age groups and backgrounds.

• Proven experience in the full process of creating high-quality dentures.

• Successful completion of a hands-on skill assessment/bench test during the recruitment process.

• A commitment to continuous learning and professional growth in the dental field.

• Previous training in dental lab technology will be considered an asset.
