Position Overview: The Industrial Electrician Supervisor plans, schedules, and oversees the day-to-day maintenance of the Tampa plant’s electrical system.

Manage the day-to-day electrical maintenance needs of the plant including reactive and scheduled maintenance to ensure equipment, machinery and processes are in working order and performing as needed.
Train, coach, and develop maintenance staff to perform at high levels to increase maintenance resource safety performance, skills set, and productivity.
Responsibilities:
Manage contractor billing, G/L codes, accounting accuracy, and bid process of all repair/maintenance projects and all assigned capital projects; ensure accurate completion of project forms
Supervise electrical maintenance staff and verify work is being done safely, correctly, and efficiently
Review electrical maintenance staff work schedule with Maintenance Planner
Oversee renovations, installations, additions, and replacements of equipment and facilities
Work with Maintenance Planner on organization of parts and updating parts inventory
Work with Reliability Engineering staff on both tactical and strategic reliability efforts
Plan and manage major downtime
Work with production supervisors on root cause and downtime issues
Monitor, update, and improve preventive maintenance (PM) and predictive maintenance (PdM)
Manage the Facilities HVAC automation system
Work with outside contractors on planned work and on safety/environmental required PM's, specifically industrial burners and HVAC
Monitor and improve metrics
Provide onsite expertise
Develop and update work procedures
Participate in all safety programs to help reduce accidents throughout the plant
Sit on and participate in meetings, teams, and training seminars
All other duties and projects as assigned by management
Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED from accredited school
3+ years of previous hands-on maintenance experience including the repair of heavy equipment in an industrial plant
3+ years of previous work experience as a team lead or supervisor in an industrial setting
Technical proficiency with CMMS (computerized maintenance management system) such as Mainsaver
Ability to read and work with PLC's (programmable logic controllers), i.e. Wonderware
Aptitude to read, write, understand, and follow technical instructions and drawings; ability to read and understand blueprints
Strong understanding of workplace safety rules and regulations
Broad knowledge of maintenance concepts and techniques, including: instrumentation, electrical distribution, variable frequency drives, and robotics

Flexibility to be on call as needed
Preferred Qualifications:
Postsecondary degree in Electrical Engineering or related field from accredited College or University preferred, but not required
Electrical certification preferred, but not required
Technical proficiency with MS Project preferred, but not required
