Join National Dentex - a leading healthcare organization specializing in the dental industry. We offer a full spectrum of specialized products, services, and technologies to address any dental restoration need. Currently, we have 50+ labs throughout the country. Our team is growing, and we are hiring a number of key positions within our organization including this opportunity at NDX National Dentex Corporate Office in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida for a Senior Financial Analyst.  (Hybrid Remote-in office 2-3x a week)

The regular hours for this position are from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday, and subject to change from time to time.

Primary Responsibilities and Essential Functions of the Position: 

  • Conduct comprehensive financial analysis to support strategic decision-making, including budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial modeling.
  • Assist in the development of annual operating budgets and long-range financial plans, incorporating input from various stakeholders and conducting sensitivity analysis as needed.
  • Provide insights into key financial metrics, trends, and performance indicators to drive operational efficiencies and profitability.
  • Monitor and analyze industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscape to provide insights and recommendations for strategic planning and risk management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and refine financial strategies, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Lead continuous improvement efforts in financial processes, systems, and controls to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Support month-end and year-end close processes, including accruals, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
  • Conduct ad hoc financial analysis and special projects, as requested by management.

Minimum Education and Experience Required: 

  • Required: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in financial analysis, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
  • Strong proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting techniques.
  • Advanced Excel skills and experience with financial software (e.g., ERP systems, Power BI, Cognos).

Physical Requirements:

  • Perform tasks at workstations-standing and sitting for extended periods of time. May be required to lift, push, pull, or move up to 25 pounds.
