Schedule: Monday - Friday with weekend coverage twice per month

QUALIFICATIONS:

Must have a bachelor's degree in physical therapy from an accredited program. If foreign trained, the program must be deemed substantially equivalent to a Physical Therapist entry-level education in the U.S. by a credential's evaluation organization approved by the APTA.
Active state license required.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Possess current working knowledge of Functional Pathways policies and procedures, clinical programs with application skills to therapy disciplines.
Active CPR certification.
Annual physical and TB skin test required.
