Directs all phases of programs from inception through completion; Responsible for the cost, schedule, and technical performance of company programs or subsystems of major programs; Participates in the negotiation of contract and contract changes; Acts as primary contact for program activities, leading program review sessions to discuss cost, schedule, and technical performance; Directs the work of employees assigned to the program from technical, manufacturing and administrative areas
- Level of Experience Required: A minimum of twenty years of aviation maintenance experience; Twelve years of management experience
- Education Level Required: Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution in Business, Management, or a related field is required. Master’s Degree in a related field is preferred
- Qualifications Required: Extensive, thorough knowledge of Army aviation maintenance concepts; Analytical abilities to handle complex administrative, organizational, and aircraft maintenance matters
Certifications Required: Possess an AS9110 certification/background; Secret security clearance.
