Our client is an independent accounting firm with multiple locations across the country providing audit, tax, risk, and forensic advisory services for entrepreneurial, public, non-profit, and individual clients. The Scheduling Coordinator will support the audit team to ensures the smooth flow of processes.
Responsibilities:
Plan and manage staff schedules
Maintain up-to-date scheduling database for staff
Initial point of contact for all issues regarding scheduling
Monitor staff productivity and manage capacity requirements
Reassign work as needed to manage staff workload and prioritize time sensitive matters
Proactively identify areas for improvement and develop/implement action plans in connection with scheduling
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree
3-5 years of scheduling experience
Experience at a CPA firm a plus
Ability to prioritize multiple projects while working with tight deadlines
Advanced Excel proficiency
Ability to interact with all levels of the workforce
