About the Company:
Our client is an independent accounting firm with multiple locations across the country providing audit, tax, risk, and forensic advisory services for entrepreneurial, public, non-profit, and individual clients. The Scheduling Coordinator will support the audit team to ensures the smooth flow of processes.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and manage staff schedules
- Maintain up-to-date scheduling database for staff
- Initial point of contact for all issues regarding scheduling
- Monitor staff productivity and manage capacity requirements
- Reassign work as needed to manage staff workload and prioritize time sensitive matters
- Proactively identify areas for improvement and develop/implement action plans in connection with scheduling
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 3-5 years of scheduling experience
- Experience at a CPA firm a plus
- Ability to prioritize multiple projects while working with tight deadlines
- Advanced Excel proficiency
- Ability to interact with all levels of the workforce
Salary Range:
$65,000-$95,000
