Join National Dentex - a leading healthcare organization specializing in the dental industry. We offer a full spectrum of specialized products, services, and technologies to address any dental restoration need. Currently, we have 50+ labs throughout the country. We are hiring a Summer 2024 Asset Manager Intern at NDX National Dentex Corporate Office in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida. (This is an in office position)
The regular hours for this position are from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday, and subject to change from time to time.
Primary Responsibilities and Essential Functions of the Position:
Conducting inventory audits of existing assets and comparing to the asset record with finance
Assisting in the development of a process to determine disposal versus sale of existing equipment
Identifying scrap partners and various channels of sales for equipment
Execute the disposal or sale of assets for the highest return to National Dentex
Generating reports to communicate the status of the project, assets removed from NDX, and the net financial impact of each
Skills and Abilities Preferred:
Enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field
Strong attention to detail and organization; ability to maintain records and data
Entrepreneurial spirit and drive to solve problems independently
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally
Proficiency in the Microsoft suite
Must be willing and able to travel, and have a valid and current drivers license
Minimum Education and Experience Required:
Required: High school diploma or GED equivalent

Physical Requirements:
