RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Bookkeeper / Accountant is responsible for performing a wide variety of complex financial and administrative tasks, which require strong communication and organizational skills, the application of independent judgment, and knowledge of regulations, policies, and procedures needed to maintain the smooth and efficient operation of Cristo Rey Salesian Tampa High School.

 

REQUIRED SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:

• An Associates degree in Accounting or Business Administration or equivalent business experience
• Knowledge of bookkeeping and generally accepted accounting principles
• Accounts payable / Accounts receivable /
• Reconciliations & Monthlies
• Cash projections
• Proficiency in QuickBooks accounting software
• Data Entry Skills
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Customer service experience
• Effective organization skills
• Computer and office equipment operation skills
• Accomplished with Microsoft Office programs
• Reliable attendance
