Job Description

ISN is seeking to hire a Salesforce Developer with the option to work remotely for our Bethesda location. The candidate will be responsible for the application design, development, and support of Salesforce related projects. The candidate must demonstrate progressive experience in the full life cycle of the software development environment. We are looking to hire someone who is a self starter and has strong communication, analytical, and time management skills.

Job Duties

• Develops custom applications and performs testing  and
• Writes, tests, analyzes and implements codes while following Salesforce guidelines in implementing solutions
• Builds excellent rapport with clients
• Researches and keeps current on Salesforce technologies 
• Experience with declarative tools is required. This includes: Lightning flows, Process builders, workflows/rules, Validation rules, Approval processes, Case Management, formula fields, email services APIs.
• Facilitate Lightning experience for existing or new users

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Information Systems, Finance, Business Management or related field.
• 5-7 years of experience as a Salesforce developer using Apex, APIs, and Lightning Components, declarative configuration tools
• Experience with Salesforce lightning component and Apex, HTML, java script libraries, CSS, SOQL is required
• Must be knowledgeable in the Salesforce platform and be able to develop Salesforce Service/Sales Cloud solutions and setting up community cloud
• Salesforce administration, release management, and deployment expertise.
• Knowledge of Communities setup is preferred.  
• Be able to differentiate between Lightning Experience and Salesforce Classic.
• Experience with integrating third-party AppExchange applications
• Experienced with management of Salesforce sandboxes
• Experienced with customization using Profiles, Permission Sets, Sharing Rules (apex, criteria, OWD)
• Experienced in Conga, sDocs, Drawloop or similar. 
• Excellent attention to detail as well as analysis and troubleshooting ability and ability to isolate system issues
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to communicate effectively with all department heads and clients
• Must be eligible to obtain a US government security clearance

2. Platform Developer (Required)
3. App Builder (Preferred)
4. Service or Sales Cloud (Preferred)
5. Community Cloud (Preferred)
