Contract has to provide security documentation in accordance with NIST and OMB, to include POA&Ms.
The contractor shall provide full system and SW lifecycle and system refresh support for modernized systems IAW CPSC SDLC. Lifecycle O&M includes but is not limited to: ensuring systems are available and operate efficiently, trouble tickets, troubleshooting and resolving problems, administering users, improving system performance, improving system administrative processes, fixing bugs, and patching or upgrading software, including software platforms.
Interact with stakeholder to gather, clarify and document requirements. Maintain requirements management system. Develop and delivery training. Develop test cases. Execute tests and compile test reports.
