Our client, a financial services firm, is hiring an experienced Executive Personal Assistant who will provide support to the Managing Partner of the firm.
Responsibilities:
Assist the partner and family with maintaining and monitoring tasks, scheduling, and deadlines
Assist in scheduling business and personal appointments, administrative support, and managing healthcare needs
Manage office administration, with comprehensive and accurate record-keeping systems
Logistics management, including travel planning
Organizing catered lunches and meetings, and occasionally assisting in party planning
Minor accounting duties including weekly payroll, payment of bills, and monthly credit card reconciliations
Be a point of contact between the partner and internal departments, clients, and key stakeholders
Draft and prepare external and internal correspondence, meeting notes, board minutes, and other correspondences
Assist in preparing and managing presentations and decks
Travel occasionally to NY headquarters and firm offsites as required
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree required
8-10 years of experience as an Executive Assistant
