We are looking for a “D2C Applications Business Analyst” to help evolve and grow our global eCommerce and direct to consumer engagement platforms through strategy, new product ideas, design and implementation of innovative solutions supporting the global Direct to Consumer business (B2C, B2B, MyFittingExp and other direct to consumer applications). This person will work with the existing Business Solutions Manager to “divide and conquer” existing responsibilities in an effort to take our digital product and software development teams to the next level. Successful candidates will have a combination of superior attention to detail, organizational skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment where priorities are constantly evolving.

Essential Functions and Key Responsibilities:

  • Translate business requirements into actionable Jira tickets for the software development team to complete
  • Communicate project status and risks to appropriate product owners
  • Manage multiple global projects and tickets in JIRA simultaneously
  • Work with Business Solutions Manager(s) to handle backlogs, new requests and upcoming sprints
  • Work closely with dedicated QA resource(s) to ensure bugs are not released into production environments and that changes are implemented effectively
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with stakeholders to define success for proposed projects and features
  • Work with analytics team to quantify impact of projects and features pre & post deployment
  • Main point of contact for the software development team(s) when they hit blockers and/or need further requirements and clarification. Resolve conflicts and remove obstacles.
  • Follow-up and track tasks, issues and risks; communicate and escalate as appropriate
  • Serve as an escalation point for resolving incidents
  • Above all else, foster a collaborative team environment driven to build great software while having fun
  • Performs other related duties and assignments as required

Knowledge and Skills Requirements:

  • Comfortable working with different regions and time zones
  • Familiarity with the software development lifecycle and Jira/confluence preferred
  • Excellent communication, attention to detail and problem solving
  • Outstanding organizational skills
  • Fluent verbal and written English communication skills required
  • Familiarity of current web technologies used in eCommerce
  • Ability to gather, influence, shape, and document business requirements
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, features and fixes for in-house and offshore development
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment, including prioritizing and multitasking while paying close attention to detail
  • Possess a great attitude and an insatiable appetite for learning
  • Knowledge of MS Office Tools (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Specific SFCC/SFRA knowledge a plus
  • Love of golf a plus
  • Work Hard, Play Hard mentality preferred

Education, Work Experience, and Professional Certifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in related field of study
  • 1-3 years of experience working in an ecommerce, direct to consumer, product management, software development or IT related field preferred

Work Environment / Physical Requirements:

  • Primarily office environment.
  • Ability to work extended hours as necessary.
  • Able to work efficiently and accurately in an atmosphere of frequent interruption
  • Light physical effort equal to frequent lifting or moving of lightweight materials.

TaylorMade is a performance driven organization and our total rewards approach to compensation is designed to support this. We consider many factors in determining base compensation, including position scope, job related knowledge, education, skills, experience, and work location. The expected annual base pay range for this position is $78,000 - $88,000. Additional benefits, such as health & wellness, performance bonuses, product discounts, holidays, paid time off, etc. may also be offered in accordance with our plans.
