Job Description :
Responsibilities and Competencies:
-Coordinates and administers quality control program within PNC Technology.
-Coordinates control plans, inspection of documents, and action plans to achieve expected results.
-Leads, mentors and develops teams to promote quality awareness and implement quality programs and initiatives.
-Executes corrective actions and addresses non-conformances.
-Facilitates or leads training on quality standards and skills.
-Assesses and effectively manages all of the risks associated with their business objectives and activities to ensure activities are in alignment with the banks and units risk appetite and risk management framework.
-Knowledge of the values and practices that align customer needs and satisfaction as primary considerations in all business decisions, and ability to leverage that information in creating customized customer solutions.
-Knowledge of techniques and tools that promote effective analysis and the ability to determine the root cause of organizational problems and create alternative solutions that resolve the problems in the best interest of the business.
-Knowledge of the organization's customer support policies, standards and procedures and ability to guide customers on all company interactions.
-Knowledge of and ability to create, implement, evaluate and enhance processes in internal controls.
-Knowledge of quality management methods, tools, and techniques used to create and support an environment that meets the needs of the organization.
-Knowledge of and ability to help an organization adapt to applicable federal, state, local, and company-specific regulations, policies, and guidelines affecting business practices.
-Knowledge of coaching concepts and methods; ability to encourage, motivate, and guide individuals or teams in learning and improving effectiveness.
-Understanding of the necessity and value of accuracy and attention to detail; ability to process information with high levels of accuracy.
-Knowledge of and ability to utilize tools, techniques and processes for gathering and reporting data in a particular department or division of a company.
Requirements:
-In-depth working knowledge of Software Development methodologies and quality standards applicable to the documents/artifacts that support the software development process.
-5 + years as a Project Management, Business Systems Analyst and/or Quality Control tester.
-Experience mentoring, training or coaching project development team members Experience in project documentation inspections PMP or CBAB certification is a plus.
-Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (4 additional years of comparable work experience beyond the required years of experience may be substituted in lieu of a bachelor's degree).
-8+ years of experience in developing requirements and performing system analysis.
-5+ years of major systems implementation experience.
-Experience with various system development life cycles such as waterfall, RUP, and Agile methods.
-Ability to clearly communicate ideas and solutions.
-Ability to effectively work with both internal clients.
-Excellent communication skills.
-Excellent skills with servant leadership, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement, empowerment, and increasing transparency.
