As an Instructor, you will help amazing people with disabilities live their best lives. You’ll get the chance to support life-long learners (ages 21+) with special needs in a 3–4-month certificate program or in a year-round diploma-deferment program. You’ll do fun activities teaching them classroom theory and then supervising them at externship sites, assisting them to apply what they have learned in real-life settings. You’ll get instant gratification as you see the students earn credentials and obtain employment. And you’ll never be bored because every day is different and exciting!

What are the requirements?
You’re at least 21 years of age.
You have some prior experience with disabilities or education.
You have a associate's degree in Special Education, Vocational Education, Psychology, Social Work, or related field required.
You have a valid Florida driver’s license.
You’re able to pass a criminal background check.
You’re a positive and supportive person.
You’re someone who enjoys working and communicating with others.
ESE Teacher certification preferred.
