POSITION: Senior Civil Designer
POSITION LOCATION: West Palm Beach, FL
SALARY RANGE: $27.00-$38.00

Baxter & Woodman has a rewarding opportunity for a Senior Civil Designer in our West Palm Beach, FL office. This position will be responsible for the design of a variety of projects including public and private civil infrastructure projects. The successful candidate shall be expected to work in a design team setting and efficiently prepare detailed design drawings and submittals.
POSITION DUTIES:
- Produce and edit detailed drawings, site plans, plan & sections, plan & profiles and various civil details based on direction provided by multi-disciplined design engineers.
- Design of transportation, residential and commercial projects using AutoCAD and Civil 3D, and/or MicroStation/Openroads.
- Prepare detailed design drawings, including plan and processes for multi-disciplined subsurface utility projects.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 5 or more years of experience in producing detailed civil engineering drawings for public water, wastewater, storm water and roadway infrastructure system projects.
- 3 or more years of experience developing detailed design drawings for Civil/Land Development projects.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil 3D and/or MicroStation/Openroads.
- Strong analysis and critical thinking skills.
- Deadline and detail-oriented.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Strong written, verbal, computer and organizational skills.
