As a Direct Support Professional (DSP), you will help amazing people with disabilities live their best lives. You’ll get the chance to help individuals in our adult day programs with fun activities like fine arts, social and recreation, daily living skills, health and wellness … you name it! And you’ll never be bored because every day is different and exciting!

But wait! There’s more! We pay you for training and when you commit to a full-time position, you’ll earn more than five (5) weeks of paid time off every year!

What are the requirements?

• You’re at least 21 years of age.
• You’re a positive and supportive person.
• You’re someone who enjoys working and communicating with others.
• You have a high school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• You have a valid Florida driver’s license.
• You’re able to pass a criminal background check.
