As a critical part of the Property Management team, you will leverage your passion for real estate and connecting with the local community to create experiences for our tenants and guests that bring both of these together. You’re a quick thinker and thrive in a fast-paced environment, yet your obsession for details positions you perfectly for this leadership role.

About the Role:

  • Provide leadership and direction, develop strategic goals, and assign work and training to the property management team.
  • Ensure that all financial obligations of each tenant are met on a timely basis in accordance with the conditions imposed by each lease, including but not limited to payment of rents, operating expense recoveries, etc.
  • Manage and administer lease agreements for all tenants including leases and lease amendments, correspondence, billing information, and tenant fit-out information, drawings and specifications, manage move-in/move-outs, and oversee build-outs
  • Address the inquiries and concerns of all tenants promptly
  • Prepare individual Tenant reconciliation of operating expenses, real estate taxes, and electric on an annual basis as dictated by Leases; Invoice Tenants accordingly.
  • Follow up with Tenants relative to rent delinquencies and initiate the necessary steps to collect delinquent rent and other charges.
  • Sales and marketing to include conducting informative and personalized tours of the community which result in new leases
  • Investigate and report all accidents/property damage to appropriate management and authorities.
  • Monitor the status of the vendor’s insurance certificate requirements.
  • Develop and maintain strong business relationships with tenants, vendors and the local business community

 Requirements for Consideration:

  • A minimum of 5+ years of experience working in commercial assets: Industrial, Retail and Office highly preferred and be comfortable running point on various projects
  • BA/BS degree required. A concentration in business administration or real estate related field is preferred.
  • Prior Class A commercial office/ retail property management experience and familiarity with operating a multi-tenant office/retail building strongly desired.
  • Certification as Real Property Administrator (RPA) and/or Certified Property Manager (CPM) preferred.
  • Ability to organize and coordinate work efficiently, set priorities, and be a self-starter
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and deal effectively with multiple, simultaneous deadlines and projects.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and use of resources.
