Tasks:
The CFA provides case file management services to properly track, manage, and coordinate open and closed investigations/cases.
Properly serialize and record documents into the database.
Utilize the tracker databases as needed.
Organize and separate serials by file number, sub-file number, and serial number.
File documents and maintain them in appropriate proper locations within the file room system.
Setting up and organizing the file room.
Ensure proper classification marking.
Required Qualifications:
Education: B.S. degree.
Experience: Three (3) years of experience in casework
Skills: Basic computer skills, to include use of Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook); organization skills; flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities
Citizenship: US Citizenship Required
