We are looking for a Business Analyst on an effort supporting our Federal Government Client in Huntsville, AL. The ideal candidate will provide support for our large federal government agency’s highly complex network infrastructure environment to include multiple enclaves comprising various classification levels.
**This position requires an ACTIVE TOP SECRET CLEARANCE
The Business Analyst will propose ways to improve an organization's efficiency. Advise managers on how to make organizations more profitable through reduced costs and increased revenues. Analyze competitive market strategies through analysis of related product, market, or share trends. Synthesize current business intelligence or trend data to support recommendations for action. Communicate with customers, competitors, suppliers, professional organizations, or others to stay abreast of industry or business trends. Manage timely flow of business intelligence information to users. Collect business intelligence data from available industry reports, public information, field reports, or purchased sources. Identify and analyze industry or geographic trends with business strategy implications. Analyze technology trends to identify markets for future product development or to improve sales of existing products. Generate standard or custom reports summarizing business, financial, or economic data for review by executives, managers, clients, and other stakeholders. Identify or monitor current and potential customers, using business intelligence tools. Maintain business intelligence tools, databases, dashboards, systems, or methods.

- Works knowledge with Information Security and Technology methodologies
- Acts as a liaison between the business and IT Team in translating complex business needs into requirements realization.
- Demonstrates multitasking ability, problem-solving skills.
- Uses excellent verbal and written communication skills and proven ability to ask probing questions to business team members.
- Top Secret Clearance with the ability to obtain an SCI
- Bachelor's Degree
- 3+ years experience
