GEODynamics in Millsap, TX is looking for qualified candidates for Sales Manager. Our campus is on the frontage road of Interstate 20 near Millsap, TX. Located west of Fort Worth, it is an easy commute from surrounding communities of Weatherford, Stephenville, Mineral Wells and Aledo.
Key Accountabilities
Manages and directs a sales drive revenue growth and bottom line.
Evaluates and implements appropriate new sales techniques to increase the department's sales volume. Recommends product or service enhancements to improve customer satisfaction and sales potential.
Designs and recommends sales programs and sets short-, and long-term sales strategies.
Ensures projects are completed on time and within budget. Acts as advisor to sales team regarding projects, tasks, and operations. Typically manages through subordinate managers and professionals in larger groups of moderate complexity. Provides input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility and gives input into developing the budget.
Develop new customers and markets for both core and new products and sets sales priorities based on maximizing bottom line growth.
Collaborates with Operations / Manufacturing departments to ensure sufficient capacity is available to support sales targets.
Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and contact.
Coordinates and facilitate projects with engineering, accounting, planning, and manufacturing as required to meet customer implementation dates.
Provide quotes on our products to our customers.
Coordinate and ensure major proposals are delivered on time and in compliance with RFP requirements.
Provide effective contact, follow up and communication with customers on a regular basis.
Keep customers updated on the progress of their products and facilitate within OSI Arlington.
Advise clients of new or existing technologies. Coordinate marketing projects with other divisions.
Maintains a safe and healthy work environment by implementing, maintaining, and aligning company policies that adhere to local, state, and federal environmental, health and safety regulations.
Qualifications, Experience, Skills/Knowledge
Bachelor’s degree in a related field or combination of education and experience.
8 - 10 years of experience working in a sales & customer service, in a manufacturing environment.
8 - 10 years of experience working to targets and deadlines and managing a sales team.
Extensive experience supervising/managing people in sales and logistics.
Intermediate to Advanced computer skills (MS Office – Word, Excel, Outlook).
Ability to positively motivate individuals and teams to meet or exceed project expectations.
Strong planning, organizational, analytical, communication skills.
