Job Description

The Summer Facilities Intern position will assist with general grounds and building maintenance, cleaning, and landscaping.

Responsibilities include:

Vehicle Cleaning
Office Building and Cleaning
Landscaping and Grounds Maintenance
Organization
Trash Removal
Light Maintenance
Painting
Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. High School Diploma/GED
Valid Driver’s License
Must be at least 18 years of age
Strong communication skills in order to clearly and professionally communicate with members.
Ability to apply principles of excellent member service.
Possess basic mechanical knowledge in order to perform light maintenance on tools and equipment.

Additional Information

This is a temporary summer position to conclude in August 2022.

Rate of Pay: $14.85/hr
