Functional Pathways is currently hiring at Williamsport Home in Williamsport, PA for a Part-time Occupational Therapist

The Williamsport Home, located in the heart of Williamsport, PA, is a highly regarded senior living community offering a range of skilled nursing and rehabilitation services. Situated near the scenic Susquehanna River and historic Millionaire's Row, this facility offers a peaceful and picturesque setting for residents and staff alike. With a focus on providing quality care and personalized attention to each resident, working at The Williamsport Home offers a rewarding and fulfilling experience for members of the therapy team.

JOB SUMMARY:

OT shall screen, evaluate, re-evaluate, discharge plan and make revisions in any established plan of care as supervised by the Physician.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Must have a degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.

Must possess a current certification from NBCOT if required by state.

Active state license required.

Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Possess current working knowledge of Functional Pathways policies and procedures, clinical programs with application skills to therapy disciplines.

Active CPR certification.

Annual TB skin test required.

Ability to supervise COTAs and OT techs.
