ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Manage service line site leads
- Coordinate programs across facilities
- Serves as a resource in the development of musculoskeletal service line relationship with hospital partners.
- Provides analysis of regional quality metrics.
- Oversee provider hospital on-boarding, training and education
- Consults with other staff as necessary.
- Maintains patient confidentiality.
EDUCATION
- BA/BS, MS preferred. Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program or Nurse Practitioner program.
EXPERIENCE
- Minimum of two years’ experience as a physician assistant/nurse practitioner in a clinic or hospital.
- Experience in orthopedics is required.
REQUIREMENTS
- Current state PA/NP license
KNOWLEDGE
- Knowledge of acute and chronic protocols, administration of medications, delivering physical care following treatment plan.
- Knowledge of how to assess patient health and measure/record physiologic and growth indices.
- Knowledge of health promotion principles and techniques and patient learning measurements.
- Knowledge of quality metrics and standards.
- Knowledge of service line dynamics and Orthopedic standards and methods.
- Knowledge of population health
