Responsibilities
The primary role of the Clinical Social Worker Supervisor is to provide supervision to an Associate Clinical Social Worker (ASW) who is pursing licensure. To provide individual and/or group clinical oversight and supervision to assigned social worker, to monitor and assess clinical progress, strengthen the clinical knowledge, and provide guidance to meet licensure requirements.

Qualifications
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING
Required qualifications:
1. Possess a current and active California license that is not under suspension or probation as one of the following: - Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) - Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)2. Have been licensed in California or any other state for at least two (2) years out of the five (5) years prior to the commencement of supervision. 3. Sign and comply with required supervision-related forms.4. Experience in basic to intermediate computer skills/knowledge
Preferred qualifications:
1. Provided direct supervision to ASWs, AMFTs, Associate Professional Clinical Counselors2. Experience in the hospital setting
Prime Healthcare offers competitive compensation and a reasonable compensation estimate for this role is $46.39. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
