Compensation Range: $140,000 - $175,000/Annually

PURPOSE
The Vice President of Digital Marketing is responsible to lead strategic initiatives that elevate the company’s brands online presence, engage target audiences, and drive measurable growth across digital channels. This role will leverage innovative strategies and cutting-edge technologies to optimize customer acquisition, retention, and advocacy. This role will spearhead cross-functional collaboration, ensuring alignment with overarching business objectives while continuously refining tactics through data-driven insights
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and customer acquisition.
• Lead a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to drive performance and achieve objectives.
• Develop and implement data-driven strategies that integrate traditional media channels such as television, radio, print, and outdoor advertising to complement and amplify digital efforts.
• Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including search engine marketing (SEM), search engine optimization (SEO), social media, email marketing, display advertising, and content marketing.
• Lead the creation and execution of brand marketing initiatives to build a strong, consistent brand image and ensure brand messaging is unified across all channels, both digital and traditional.
• Utilize data-driven insights and analytics to continuously evaluate campaign performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and optimize marketing initiatives for maximum ROI.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to align digital marketing efforts with overall business goals and objectives.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in digital marketing, and leverage this knowledge to drive innovation and competitive advantage.
• Manage relationships with external partners, agencies, and vendors to support digital marketing initiatives and ensure alignment with brand standards and guidelines.
• Develop and oversee a public relations strategy that enhances brand visibility and reputation through media relations, thought leadership, and community engagement.
• Coordinate with the Public Relations team to manage crisis communication, press releases, and brand representation in public forums.
• Develop and manage digital marketing budgets, forecasts, and KPIs, and provide regular reporting and analysis to senior leadership on the performance and effectiveness of digital marketing efforts.
• Drive vision and strategy to accelerate digital experiences using a combination of web analytics and customer analytics, inclusive of marketing segments and external marketing partnerships (ie 3rd party delivery marketplaces, listing management platforms).
• Assists and/ or completes additional tasks as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
• Experience in the full-service restaurant space preferred
• Experience with the simultaneous management of multiple brands preferred
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• 8+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of success in developing and executing digital marketing strategies in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
• 5+ years of experience in a leadership or managerial role, with demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and inspire teams to achieve excellence.
• Deep understanding of digital marketing principles, techniques, and best practices across multiple channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools and platforms, with the ability to interpret data, draw actionable insights, and make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate complex concepts to diverse stakeholders.
• Proven ability to think strategically, anticipate market trends, and develop innovative digital marketing strategies that drive business growth and competitive advantage.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Proof of eligibility to work in the United States
• Valid Driver’s License
• 21+ years of age
