Role Summary

Oversees assigned highly complex client relationships, ensuring satisfaction, a swift response to client needs, efficient problem resolution, contract and operational compliance, and risk mitigation. Utilizes deep expertise to proactively identify potential growth opportunities that will help clients achieve their goals. Responsible for relationships that are typically large in size and often span multiple products/services. Provides guidance to less experienced professionals.

Responsibilities:

  • Proactively consults on large, highly complex client relationships and ensures continued client satisfaction and retention and that client needs are met. Advises clients on best practices, organizational solutions, and regulatory changes.

  • Promotes firm services and offerings to assigned clients based on understanding of clients' objectives to increase client revenue from clients whose business may affect business unit or regional financial performance for the firm. Identifies cross-sell opportunities for products and services that may span across multiple segments/channels. Structures deals in the best interests of the client and the firm.

  • Directly manages highly complex client projects and oversees the successful execution of client initiatives. Tracks and reports on client metrics. Responsible for the identification and development of appropriate metrics.

  • Develop and executes client service strategy for relationships assigned and ensures successful client relationship performance.

  • Serves as an expert on best practices, new regulatory requirements, industry trends, and competitor services/offerings throughout the client service function. Contributes to developing recommendations on how to integrate these developments into process or policy changes.

  • Leads and/or spearheads non-mutual fund client opportunities. Partners with various internal groups (GCO, compliance, legal, products, etc.) for the complex onboarding due diligence efforts for custom solutions.

  • Interactions with Marketing

Qualifications:

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and relevant experience AND

  • 8+ years of total relevant work experience

  • FINRA Series 6 and 63

FINRA Requirements

FINRA licenses are required and will be supported for this role.

Candidates who need to obtain licensing must start the licensing processes within 30 days of hire and pursue all required licenses in accordance with business unit policy timeframes.

Work Flexibility

This role is eligible for full time remote work from southern California region.

Regional Requirements:

Wage Transparency Disclosure* -

California: $102,000 - $185,000 Annual

Base salary range for the primary location of:

San Francisco, CA$100,000.00 - $181,000.00 USD

Placement within the range provided above is based on the individual’s relevant experience and skills for the role.  Base salary is only one component of our total compensation package.  Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus, which is determined upon company and individual performance.alary range disclosure as required by sb1162 when hiring in California, sb19-085 when hiring in Colorado, S9427A when hiring in New York, and SB5761 when hiring in the State of Washington
