Job Summary: The Campaign Planning Supervisor is responsible for leading and supporting a team of Campaign Planners tasked with executing advertising campaigns and satisfying related activities as part of the national sales process in a collaborative team environment. The role emphasizes on client support, contracting and data management and works in close partnership with the National Sales Team.Job Responsibilities:
- Supervises, coaches and manages performance of team of Campaign Planners
- Supervises process and workflow of incoming campaigns based on clients’ inventory requests
- Monitors incoming requests and assures adequate workload distribution for planning teams
- Tracks campaigns (orders) and ensures processes are operating efficiently through dashboarding
- Manages daily email work queues
- Manages quality control dashboard
- Assists with documented ad implemented processes and procedures
- Provides support to internal and external clients and resolves client issues and complaints
- Documents defects to improve team’s performance
- Provides ongoing coaching and opportunities to learn and correct errors
- Manages resourcing schedules (vacations, sick time. etc.)
- Other projects as assigned
Job Qualifications:
Education and Certifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education, training, experience, or military experience
Work Experience
- 4+ years’ experience working in an advertising sales, client services, or agency environment and supervising a team preferred.
Skills
- Ability to assess workload and develop metrics
- Ability to coach and develop a team
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
