We Are a Team & Family
At KIPP, we see the potential in every scholar who walks through our doors—and it often begins with the connection made by our student recruiters. Their energy. Passion. Drive. Their unwavering commitment to finding and welcoming families who believe in our mission. That’s why we support our recruitment team as essential ambassadors of our work. It starts with respect—respect for their relationship-building skills, their creativity, their work in the community, and the meaningful role they play in shaping our schools.
