Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to join an acute/academic medical center in Syracuse, NY. The ideal candidate will have experience in both acute care and outpatient settings, with a passion for delivering high-quality patient care.

Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Occupational Therapy
- Licensure: Current NYS Occupational Therapy license (or eligibility)
- Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
- Experience in acute care & outpatient settings (required)
- Technical Skills: Strong clinical assessment and treatment planning abilities
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication, adaptability, and teamwork
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide occupational therapy services in acute and outpatient settings
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams
- Maintain accurate patient documentation
- Adhere to facility policies and regulatory standards
