Position Overview:
Greenlife Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) to join a collaborative rehabilitation facility in Willows, CA. This per-diem role offers the chance to work in a dynamic environment focused on improving patient outcomes through high-quality care.

  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in therapeutic interventions, adaptive equipment, and documentation.
  • Soft Skills: Strong interpersonal communication, patience, and collaborative teamwork.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist Occupational Therapists in implementing individualized treatment plans.
  • Guide patients through therapeutic activities to improve motor skills, cognition, and daily living tasks.
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust interventions under OT supervision.
  • Document patient responses and maintain accurate records.
  • Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and adaptive techniques.
