The Project Manager is responsible for managing the assigned construction projects from initial planning and scheduling to final installation. The position oversees all aspects of day-to-day activity of the job ensuring that the work is built in accordance with the contract documents and manufacturers recommendations., They practice and live by Advanced Exterior Systems Mission Statement and Principles to Live By with both our customers and our team members.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning and Scheduling:
    • Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budget estimates.
    • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure alignment with project objectives and client requirements.
    • Monitor project progress and adjust schedules as needed to meet deadlines.
  • Team Management and Coordination:
    • Lead a multidisciplinary team of engineers, designers, production staff, and subcontractors.
    • Delegate tasks and responsibilities effectively, ensuring that each team member understands their role in the project.
    • Foster a collaborative work environment and promote teamwork and accountability among team members.
  • Quality Control and Assurance:
    • Implement quality control measures to ensure that prefabricated panels meet industry standards and client specifications.
    • Conduct regular inspections and quality checks throughout the production process to identify and address any issues or defects.
  • Risk Management:
    • Identify potential risks and challenges that may impact project delivery and develop strategies to mitigate them.
    • Proactively address issues as they arise, minimizing disruptions and maintaining project momentum.
  • Communication and Stakeholder Management:
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, contractors, and other stakeholders.
    • Communicate project updates, milestones, and challenges effectively and professionally.
    • Manage client expectations and ensure that project deliverables meet or exceed their requirements.
  • Health, Safety, and Environmental Compliance:
    • Promote a culture of safety and compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations.
    • Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for all project personnel.

Minimum Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of experience in CFS construction
  • Proven experience in project management, preferably in the construction or manufacturing industry.
  • Strong leadership abilities with a track record of successfully managing multidisciplinary teams.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • Knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and regulations.
