Qualification: Bachelor's Degree
Certification: Should have EM Level 1.
Should be proficient in Negotiating, Vendor Management, Financial Reporting, Risk Management and Problem Diagnosis & Solution.
Should have progressing skills in Financial Analysis, Change Management and Quality Management.

Responsibilities :
Ensures project results meet requirements regarding quality, reliability, schedule and cost. Monitors performance and recommends schedule changes, cost adjustme
nts.
Coordinates cross-functional teams through meetings and progress measurement activity which bring distinct, specific projects to completion both on time and wit
hin budget.
Establishes relationship with project sponsor, project and affected departments to coordinate efforts across multiple business units and ensure continuous effic
ient management of projects; gathers input and feedback.
Ensures that specific project and program objectives are defined for areas of responsibility and that necessary preliminary activities are completed to allow fo
r effectiveness and focus during later stages of completion.
Ensures that all projects and programs assigned are completed in accordance with predetermined requirements, with specific attention to product/process specific
ations, project/program costs, resource utilization, and timeliness for completion.
Ensures that all phases of project, program and/or process development are documented and that information required in other functional areas is reported, disse
minated, or transferred, as appropriate.
Ensures that the utilization of all material and financial resources is carried out in an effective manner.
Ensures that newly created processes, designs, and/or methodologies are incorporated into products/services, and/or disseminated to other areas as needed.

Demonstrates an understanding of tactical goals and effectively participates in the development and implementation of business solutions.
Manages project risk through comprehensive mitigation assessment and planning techniques.
Actively facilitates the work efforts of multiple functional resources through the project plan.
Supports established scope control procedures.
Analyzes and reports project status and research information; monitors project performance to maintain the quality of services, deliverables, and content.
Collaborates and communicates with other project managers and leaders to coordinate cross-project initiatives and activities.
Identify and eliminate obstacles to solution plans, business goals or implementation.
Drives the development and implementation of contingency plans.
Assist in the development of project budgets in compliance with the companys financial practices
