Marketing Project Manager, Business & Technology Services, our client in US
This is a newly created, senior-level, full-time role, with global responsibilities, based in US, reporting to the B&TS M&C Leadership Team (supervisor TBD based on the experience/skill set/geography of hire)
Key responsibilities:
•Oversee the efforts of 2 to 5 India-based marketing operations/admin professionals
•Oversee the flow and distribution of marketing projects Workfront project management tool, Microsoft Office 365 and Google Docs
•Maintain and manage (overall) marketing operations trackers
•Proactively manage and escalate issues/risks and facilitate a dialogue to resolve problems quickly
•Effectively communicate plans, priorities, project and budget status to stakeholders regularly/independently
•Serve as a junior member of the B&TS M&C Global Leadership Team

Key requirements:
•Bachelor’s Degree
•PMI/PMP (project management) Certification
•Minimum 5 years experience with project managing marketing programs
•Minimum 10 years work experience with a large, multi-faceted company
•Operate in a virtual environment with teams which span several geographies, time zones and cultures
•Regular early-AM calls; very rare weekend work and almost no travel ever
•Advanced/Superior user of Microsoft Office, Google Docs and leading project management tools (eg. Workfront, Clarizen, Wrike, Teamwork, LiquidPlanner)
