LOCATION: Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD

DESCRIPTION: MSK TriTech Group, LLC (MSK), a wholly owned subsidiary of Patricio Enterprises is looking to fill an Operations (Military) Analyst, Lead position in support of the Army Aerostats program.

Primary duties will include (but not limited to)

  • Advise on the effect of intelligence surveillance reconnaissance (ISR) systems on aerostats.
  • Advise on operational procedures and reporting tools.
  • Analyze operational data to identify and assist in resolving operations related and mission-critical issues affecting Warfighter support, and assist leadership with refinement of aerostat operational procedures.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:

  • Ability to research, analyze, and evaluate information.
  • Ability to express ideas effectively orally and in writing.
  • Ability to work with large amounts of data.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office.

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor’s degree (desired).
  • 5 years (required), 10 years (desired), of experience supporting military operations.
  • 3 years (required), 5 years (desired), of operations with any aerostat larger than 20 meters in length.
  • Expertise with flight requirements for aerostats, including knowledge of flight certifications and flight parameters.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT:

The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. This is field and sedentary work which requires the following physical activities: extended travel, work at system sites deployed globally, reaching, sifting, lifting, finger dexterity, grasping, feeling, repetitive motions, talking, hearing and visual acuity. Occasionally lifts to 50 lbs.

Employees must be able to see and hear, read, and write effectively in English. Requires adaptability, analyzing, assessing, calculating, decision making, dependability, good judgment, reading, memorizing, social skills, speaking, stress control and writing. Ability to understand, remember, and apply oral and/or written instructions or other information; Ability to apply common sense in performing job. Ability to complete routine forms, use existing form letters and/or conduct routine oral communication. Ability to make decisions which have significant impact on the immediate work unit.

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS: Up to 75% (CONUS / OCONUS).  Must be able to meet medical requirements for travel through the US Combatant Command AORs.
