  • Lead the preventive maintenance program and drive national best practices.
  • Set clear goals for the department aligned with plant performance metrics and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Coach, train, and develop your team of maintenance technicians in a 24/7 operation.
  • Support cross-functional projects with Engineering and Operations, including automation installs, equipment upgrades, and root cause analysis of downtime events.
  • Manage department budget, spare parts inventory, and CMMS scheduling.
  • Drive a strong safety-first culture across the team and the plant.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 10+ years of maintenance management experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Injection molding experience strongly preferred; Krauss Maffei equipment experience is a plus.
  • Familiarity with robotics, automation, and Allen Bradley PLCs.
  • Proven leadership of technical teams, with strong planning and scheduling skills in a CMMS.
  • Knowledge of Lean tools such as 5S, Kaizen, Kanban, and root cause analysis.
  • Strong background in industrial electricity, hydraulics, and OSHA/NEC safety practices.
