Sika is looking for an experienced Maintenance Manager to join its growing team. Key responsibilities include:
- Manage maintenance of the Lakewood facility, including building, infrastructure, and equipment.
- Develop and implement a strong Preventive Maintenance system, optimizing workforce, labor, and materials.
- Facilitate, coach, and train manufacturing teams on proper equipment maintenance.
- Execute company policies regarding Safety, Purchasing, Regulatory compliance, and Labor Relations.
- Coordinate and maintain ISO14000, RC9001, QS9000, and TS16949 certifications in engineering, maintenance, and process areas.
- Establish goals, set performance standards, and provide training for personnel.
Salary range: $90,000-$100,000 annual
