Job Responsibilities:
Welcoming guests to the hotel
Providing directions and information regarding the resort
Escorting guests to their destination
Qualifications
Job Requirements:
Minimum of two years customer service experience
High school diploma or equivalent
Proficient in MS Office
Excellent communication and telephone etiquette skills
Willingness to stand for long periods of time
