The Greeter acts as an ambassador of the Resort Front Desk lobby
Job Responsibilities:
- Welcoming guests to the hotel
- Providing directions and information regarding the resort
- Escorting guests to their destination
Qualifications
Job Requirements:
- Minimum of two years customer service experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proficient in MS Office
- Excellent communication and telephone etiquette skills
- Willingness to stand for long periods of time
