Executive Assistant – Piscataway, NJ

Department: Administration

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support for the CEO and Executive Leadership Team.
• Managing executive calendars, meetings, travel, correspondence, and budgets.
• Preparing routine and non-routine reports/presentations by gathering and summarizing data.
• Maintaining highly confidential files and records.
• Performing minor accounting duties.
• Provide support in organizing and communicating meeting arrangements as well as organizing and expediting workflow.

Recommended Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of related work experience with Executive Leadership.
• Time management, strong organizational skills, and ability to meet deadlines.
• Strong problem solving and decision-making abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; both verbal and written
• Experience with Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word and other related software.
