Our client, one of the largest, most prestigious law firms in the United States, has an immediate need for an experienced, Tax Associate Attorney, to join our winning team in Houston.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/REQUIREMENTS:

  • Mid-senior level opportunity for a Tax Associate Attorney
  • The candidate should have a strong transactional background.
  • Ideal candidate will have a passion for providing high quality work product and service to our clients.
  • Reviewing and editing agreements with clients and third parties
  • Assessing and advising on client and business conflicts
  • Responding to discovery requests
  • Ideal candidate would be familiar with ethics rules and be willing to take on a variety of tasks with significant responsibility and have excellent analytical, interpersonal, writing and presentation skills.
  • Candidates must have a high level of academic achievement from an accredited law school and be admitted to the Texas Bar.
