About our client

Our client is a high growth and successful global Software-as-a-Service marketing analytics platform enabling marketers to see the impact of all data and marketing activity across channels with patent-pending technology. They are funded and growing and seeking a Client Success Architect This is an opportunity to join an exciting, high-energy entrepreneurial organization which is experiencing rapid growth!

Responsibilities for Client Success Architect:

• Analyze and understand client’s business objectives and needs
• Set up your clients on the platform, ensure deliverables match client’s requirements
• Provide subject matter expertise and training for the platform
• Create technical designs and specifications
• Plan, coordinate and deliver on client projects, monitor and ensure that project deliverables, milestones and timelines are met
• Coordinate between various departments (including Engineering, Product Management, client facing team, Sales, and Support) to execute on client projects
• Define development methodologies and strategies to improve deliverables
• Support clients on a day to day basis to help resolve system issues and answer client questions

Qualifications for Client Success Architect:

• 3-5+ years of Business Intelligence (BI) implementation experience, preferably in a digital marketing environment
• 3-5+ years of experience working in database technologies, data integration/ETL, data modeling, proficient in SQL
• Knowledge of the AdTech ecosystem is preferred: ad serving, web analytics
• 2 years of custom development experience with scripting languages such as Python, JavaScript
• Must be collaborative and able to influence in a matrixed environment.
• Extensive experience using Excel and SQL
• Strong technical and problem solving skills
